According to Hawaii County police, 32-year-old Konyaku Kailio of Hilo has been arrested and charged in connection with the crime.

According to the report, a person reportedly broke into a business on the 700 block of Leilani Street and removed the cigarettes at about 7:25 p.m. on Sunday.
